Adorable heart charm pendant necklace from circa 1910. Featuring a solid engraved heart this pendant has a nice weight and smooth feel to it. Lovely embellished heart with engraved initials on the back. The chain is original to the piece. The chain measures 21" with the heart adding an additional 2/3" drop with a width of 1/2". Condition is very good. This piece weighs 3.37grams marked 585 for 14kt and is in very good antique condition.
