Unusual cameo necklace from circa 1900. Necklace is constructed with a gold fill book chain with a front facing clasp. Condition is very good, minor scratching and gold loss. Love the shape of this necklace with the tiny cameo in the center. 

Necklace measures 15.5" with a 2" drop
