Crazy conversion ring featuring a vermeil clip earring we have had turned into a ring. The delicate gold over silver work is so detailed with enameled butterflies flanking the center turquoise stone. We have set this ring in solid silver shank, which is well made and secure. Currently this ring is a size 7. Condition is very good to excellent.
